16. Troubleshooting chart

• Inflate the tyres
• Check that the front forks are mounted correctly
• Check that the rear wheel brackets are mounted correctly
• The user is distributing weight unevenly in the wheelchair
• Propulsion is stronger on one side than the other
• Inflate the tyres
• Check that the rear wheel brackets are mounted correctly
• Clean the castor axles of hair and dirt
• Too much weight over the castor wheels; adjust the wheelchair's
centre of balance
• Inflate the tyres
• Check that the front forks are not too tight
