Restart on AC/ When power failure occurs and this setting
Power Failure is enabled, the system will be turned on,
when the power comes back, if the system
was on.
When power failure occurs and this setting
is disabled, the system remains off when
the power comes back, even if the system
was on before the power failure occurs.
