OFFSET
The PM2528 measures in the relative reference mode.
The input offset voltage can be compensated in this mode.
The PM2528 does not measure in the relative reference made.
HIGH RES
— ® means: LED in push-button lights.
HIGH RESOLUTION mode. The display is extended with one digit.
Normal mode.
— Selecting or switching off the relative reference mode and the
HIGH
RES mode becomes effective only when a measurement
is performed.
NOTE:
Switching to another function and up-ranging or down-ranging in the external or manual start
mode will cause a displayed vatue in which the digits are replaced by dashes, €.9. —-——.-— kK,
to prevent wrong intepretation of the measured value.
After performing a measurement, initiated by a start command, the new measurement value
will be displayed,

Guard socket, The guard socket is connected to an internal shield
(guard) between the 0 (LO) of the PM2528 and ground. In this way
the impedance between the 0 and earth is increased to improve the
common mode rejection,

HI socket for the functions V =, V~, V~, Vpeak and Q2W.
HI socket for the functions A = and A~.
2.5 A-F fuse for protection in the functions A .: and A~'.
Screwdriver-adjustment of the input current via the hole adjacent to
the 2.5A fuse, Refer to page 45.
