Run alkaline ion water for about 3 to 4 minutes to expel the air
inside the main unit.

When water is run immediately after installation, the water quality signal blinks approx. 20 seconds.

If air is not removed, water is poorly drained off from the main spout when stopped.

refer to the actions to be taken for each part.

Trouble inspection location and remedial action
Did you forget attaching the suction cup to the

bottom surface of the main unit?
→Attach the suction cup (supplied accessory) correctly.
Is the suction cup tightly attached on the

installation surface?
→ Wipe off dirt and moisture on the installation position sufficiently.
(If the suction cup cannot be directly attached, remove
the suction cup mount of the mounting plate (supplied
accessory), and attach it on the installation surface.
Then, attach the suction cup on the mounting plate.)
Is the water supply hose bent or flattened?

→ If it is, straighten it.
Is the drain hose bent or flattened?
z
→ If it is, straighten it.
When water coming out from the drain
z
hose interrupts halfway, increase the height
difference between the tip of the main spout
and the tip of the drain hose.
