Electrolysis is stopped to protect the product.
(Purified water is coming out from the main spout.)
This may occur depending on the quality of tap water, environment, and usage.
→ Stop water, wait approx. 3 minutes, and run water again.

This may occur depending on the quality of tap water, environment, and usage.
→ Stop water, and wait approx. 30 minutes until the display disappears.
The flow rate has been 1.2 L or less per minute for long
periods.
→ Disconnect the power plug once, and connect it again.
After checking the above, if
this problem.
The cartridge has reached the replacement timing according
to the total flow amount.
Total flow amount has exceeded 12 000 L, a guideline for replacement.
→ Replace the cartridge. (P. EN30)
When the indications do not disappear even if the above measures are taken

Disconnect the power plug, and contact the dealer.
Do not disassemble the product for repair by yourself.

→ Disconnect the power plug, and contact the dealer.
The electrolyzer has reached the time limit of usage.
( The cumulative electrolysis time including cleaning time has reached
approx. 850 hours.)
→ Request the dealer to replace the electrolyzer.
( Depending on the quality of tap water, environment, and usage, it may take 30 minutes or
more for the display to disappear.)
Make sure that there is no flow rate shortage due to low water pressure, or hose breakage/crush.
Clean the filter if it is clogged. (P. EN28)
Replace the cartridge since the cartridge has reached the replacement timing. (P. EN30)
(Depending on the quality of tap water, the cartridge may get clogged earlier. (P. EN29))
Error indication starting with "H"
