Caution
Insert the fan/power supply module with a single, steady
motion.
To avoid crushing or bending the power supply pins, back
the module out, and re-insert it if it does not fully insert into
the slot. Do not slam the power supplies into the shelf.
Danger
The –48 VDC or 60 VDC plant battery output presents a
potentially fatal shock hazard. Use extreme caution when
connecting it to the CPX-1000 and other equipment that
requires plant battery for operation.
Electro-Static Caution
Use a wrist grounding strap, attached to the grounding jack
on the CPX-1000 enclosure, when working with the system.
ESD can seriously damage the printed circuit card
assemblies and solid-state components inside the CPX-1000.
