To upgrade the firmware of a VK211: 1. Download the firmware from the product page. 2. Press and hold the priority button and then power on the VK211 by connecting the unit to the PC with a USB type-B to USB type-A cable. All preset LEDs and the priority LED blink. - Page 26 Chapter 4.
