Thank you for purchasing a Surgical Trolley Drawer Unit. Before installing your new
drawer please read these instructions carefully and ensure you fully understand them.

Suitability:
The drawer units are suitable on the following trolleys, however it is suggested for full
compatibility that stainless steel drawer unit 1308 is fitted to a stainless steel trolley and
mild steel painted drawer unit 1308/WHITE is fitted to a mild steel painted trolley.

Assembly:
1.
The drawer may be positioned either
below the top or the bottom shelves
2.
Remove the trolley shelves
3.
Place the trolley carefully on its side
whilst taking care not to cause
damage to the surface finish
4.
Hook the upper front bracket of the
drawer outer casing around the front
cross-bar of the trolley frame.
5.
Pull drawer out slightly to expose the
holes for attaching the P-clips
6.
Attach the P-clip around the rear
cross-bar of the trolley frame
7.
Insert a screw through a washer and
P-clip into the hole in the drawer
outer casing
8.
Attach the nut onto the screw on the
inside of the drawer outer casing. Do
not fully tighten
9.
Stand the trolley back onto its
castors
10.
Position the drawer unit in the
desired position on the trolley
11.
Fully tighten both nuts and screws to
secure the draw unit in position
