Universal Cylinder Trolley – 1531

Introduction

Thank you for purchasing a Sidhil universal cylinder trolley. Your cylinder trolley is supplied fully assembled and ready for
use. The trolley is universal, having three different settings allowing it to cater for the following oxygen cylinders:
AD, DD, PD, RD, D, E, AF, DF, F, LF, VF, AV, HX, T4, T7 & G

4. Cover Cap
5. Castor Wheel
6. Top Yoke
7. Straps
8. Base Plate

Preparing for use

Before use, ensure all parts are present; see above for the parts list.
1. Choose the required height dependant upon the
cylinder size for the top yoke.
2. Recommended yoke position, is as high as possible
without being above the neck of the cylinder.
3. Position the yoke ensuring the bolt thread is
inserted through the handle tube.
4. Screw the hand wheel onto the thread and firmly
tighten.
5. Press the cover caps into the open holes to
blank them off.
