Sitting correctly
To take a measurement, you need to be
relaxed and comfortably seated in a room with
a comfortable temperature.
• Place your arm on the table.
• Sit in a comfortable chair with your back and
arm supported.
• Keep your feet flat and your legs uncrossed.
• The arm cuff should be placed on your arm at
the same level as your heart, with the arm resting
comfortably on a table.
Taking a measurement
Start the measurement after putting on the cuff:
• Press the
