What are the customer benefits?
You can download a modified user program
into the R/H CPUs in the RUN-Redundant sys-
tem state.
Advantage: The redundant system will remain
in the RUN-Redundant system state during
changes to the user program. The system
state is not changed after RUN-Solo or
SYNCUP.
You do not have to interrupt the process dur-
ing a backup while the plant is running.
Uninterrupted plant operation avoids high
restart and material costs.
Alarms enable you to display events from
process execution in the S7-1500R/H redun-
dant system and to quickly identify, accurate-
ly locate, and correct errors.
