CONTROL BOARD REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
PROCEDURE
1. Disconnect the input power to the POWER
WAVE® C300 machine.
2. To gain access to the Control Board see the
Case
Cover
Capacitor Discharge Procedure.
the top case cover.
3. Locate the Control Board and using the 3/8
inch nutdriver remove the two nuts securing
the Control Board. See Figure F.30.
4. Carefully slide the Control Board up and out
over the mounting studs.
5. Carefully turn the Control Board over to the
component side of the board.
6. Remove the eight molex type plugs and the
Ethernet cable from the board. Label locations
for reassembly. See Figure F.31.

7. Install the new board and replace the molex
type plugs and Ethernet cable previously
removed.
8. Check the settings of the dip switch making
sure they are the same as the old board
9. Carefully slide the new Control Board into
place being careful not to damage any compo-
nents or plugs.
10. Replace the two nuts previously removed.
11. Replace case top.
