PROCEDURE
1. Disconnect the input power to the POWER
WAVE® C300 machine.
2. To gain access to the P.F.C. Control Board see
the Case Cover Removal and DC Link
Capacitor Discharge Procedure.
3. Locate the P.F.C. Control Board and using the
3/8 inch nutdriver remove the three nuts secur-
ing the P.F.C. Control Board. See Figure F.28.
4. Carefully slide the P.F.C. Control Board from
the mounting studs.

5. Remove the five molex type plugs from the
board. Label locations for reassembly.
6. Install the new board and replace the molex
type plugs previously removed.
7. Replace the three nuts previously removed.
8. Replace the left case side.
