To enter a temporary phone message on a Poly Series device:
1. Press 0 for mailbox options. 2. Press 3 to create or change your Temporary Greeting. 3. If no prior recording exists, press 1 to record a new message or * to return to the previous menu. 4. Press # to end the recording. 5. After recording, press: - 1 to rerecord, - 2 to listen, - 3 to delete, - * to return to the previous menu.

Answering Audio Calls When you receive an incoming call on your phone, you can choose to answer the call in a number of different ways. Answer an Intercom Call When you receive an intercom call, your phone answers the call automatically using the speakerphone as long as you don't have an active call already. If the phone answers an intercom call with your microphone muted, you must unmute your microphone before responding to the call.

Call a Contact from a Directory Search Search for and call contacts on the Search screen in your directory. Procedure Select Directories, then select Contacts and select a directory. Broadcasting Messages with Group Paging Group Paging enables you to send pages—one-way audio announcements—to contacts subscribed to a page group. Your administrator can enable a broadcast mode called Group Paging mode. In this mode, you can broadcast one-way announcements to a specified group of phones, called a Paging Group. Your system administrator can define up to 25 paging groups and assign a label to each group to identify the phones in the group, such as All, HR Dept, Shipping Staff, or Executives.
