WRAPAROUND FRONT STRAIGHT (Stainless Steel)
3/8" POLY FLOW LINE
1. Mount the bracket to the wall in Equipment Room using the provided 5/16" x 1-
1/2" anchors. This unit should be as close as possible to the tunnel equipment it
is supplying.
2. Connect a 3/8" polyflow air supply line to the push-lock fitting at the control
regulator gauge
3. Port 'A' must be plugged with the supplied ¼" fitting.
4. Run 3/8" polyflow line out to the air cylinders on the boom arms. The line must
be teed to feed the driver and passenger side air cylinders. The air pressure to
these cylinders is used to push the arms to the retract position when the 4-way
valve is de-energized.
5. Connect the electric power supply to the solenoids from the designated terminal
in the tunnel controller. Check label on solenoid coil to verify control voltage.
Connecting the wrong voltage will damage the unit.
