WRAPAROUND FRONT STRAIGHT (Stainless Steel)
20 Slot & 40 Slot Cloth Core loading
(Note: for the 40 Slot Core - Slots not numbered are not used)
1. Segregate the above cloth panels and plastic inserts. Divide them into two. One for the
driver side and one for the passenger side. Each upper core will have 10 (57112014_),
(57112114_), (57112314_), (57122414_), and (57110524_) components.
2. The upper cores are 8" diameter x 48" high with 20 (or 40) vertical slots.
3. Slide the 11 5/8" high x 5 ½" Buffers all the way down until they stop at the lower edge
of the upper core. Place these in slots 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20. Repeat for
each upper core.
4. Slide the 11 5/8" HIGH x 20"- 21 ½" LONG 1 PLY CLOTH all the way down until they
stop at the lower edge of the upper core. Place these in slots 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15,
17, and 19. Repeat for each upper core.
