2. Now set the wash and retract stops. Refer to the above diagram. The center of the brush cores must not
get any closer to the centerline than the dimensions shown above. Adjust the rest stops to allow the
brushes to completely retract and not touch the widest vehicle. Ensure the retaining nuts are secured
and tight. Use a thread locking compound for an added measure of security.
3. Remove the Nozzle Bodies from the manifold prior to start-up. Run the water supply to flush out all
particles from the water supply lines. This will lessen the chances of plugging the nozzle tips. Reinstall
the nozzles after flushing the water supply lines.
4. Brush rotation must be same as above diagram. This unit is designed to rotate at 60-70 RPM for cloth
material. Foam brushes should spin at 85-100 RPM. Faster or slower speeds than these designated
parameters may damage vehicle or equipment.
