WRAPAROUND FRONT STRAIGHT (Stainless Steel)
1. Segregate the above cloth panels and plastic inserts. Divide them into two. One for the
driver side and one for the passenger side. Each lower core will have 24 (57081814_),
36 (57161824_), and 12 (578000) components.
2. 36 Slot Lower Cores are 12" diameter x 23 1/2" high – Load as shown below:
3. Slide the molded inserts into the slots until they stop at the bottom edge of the core.
Place these in slots 3,5,7,12,14,16,21,23,25,30,32, and 34. Repeat for each lower core.
4. Slide 8 ¼" high x 18" long 1 Ply cloth panels into the slots until they stop at the bottom
edge of the core. Place these in slots 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22,
24, 26, 27, 28, 29, 31, 33, 35, and 36. Repeat for each lower core.
5. Slide the 16 ½" high x 18" long 1 ply and 2 ply cloth into the slots until they stop against
the previous cloth or inserts. Place these in every slot. Repeat for each lower core.
