After performing the troubleshooting procedures, and before calling or emailing Technical Support, please record
as much information as possible to help the Tech Support Specialist.
1. Select the SMxTBTxSA Configuration > System > Information menu path. From the CLI, use the show
commands needed to gather the information below or as requested by the Tech Support Specialist.
