3.1 Before you start

IMPROPER HANDLING
• Useallnecessarypersonalprotectiveequipment(PPE),suchassafetyglovesandshoes,whilehandlingpackagingand
unpacking.
• Followthehandlinginstructiongiveninthismanualandanyotherdocumentationassociatedwiththeproduct.
• Handleandstoretheproductinitsoriginalpackaging.
• Donothandleorstoretheproductifthepackagingisorseemstobedamaged.
• Takeallnecessarymeasurestoavoiddamagingtheproductandpreventotherhazardswhilehandlingoropeningthe
packaging.
UNEXPECTED EQUIPMENT OPERATION
• Droppagesandshockscandamagethehumidifierbeyondrepair.
• Tamperingwithorremovingtheidentificationstickersinvalidatesthewarranty.

3.2 Checking the packaging

•  M akesurethepackagingisintact(onepackageforeachdistributionrackandonededicatedtothepumpunit);
•  M akesurethehumidifierisintact(boththedistributionrackandthepumpunit)upondeliveryandinformthe
courierimmediately,inwriting,ofanyproblemscausedbycarelessorimpropertransportation(acceptthepackage
conditionally).

3.2.1 Opening the packaging

• Takethepackagestothehumidifierinstallationsite;
• Openthecardboardpackagingandremoveanyimpactprotection;
• Takethedistributionrackandpumpunitoutoftheirpackaging.
NOTE:Theracksarepackagedwiththebranchesdisassembled.

3.2.2 Checking the packaging contents

Theproductpackagecontains:
• EHPNserieshumidifier,consistingof
• Pump unit;
• Distributionrack;
• Instruction sheet;
• Inverter user manual;
• Pump user manual;
• Yellow oil cap on the pump (vented) to be used for operation; replace with the red one for transport only.
• Hexagonalkeytoopenthepumpunit.
