6 Installation Principles The figure below shows the basic working principle of the proportional humidifier. The output signal of the humidistat (0-10V) controls the solenoids controlled card (for proportional working mode) as well as the activation (threshold set at 1V) of the high pressure system. The following figure shows instead an implementation of an installation with the network of nozzles split in three sections with 33% and 66% thresholds. -
