    ASSEMBLY STEPS 1. PREPARATION • Before assembling make sure that you will have enough space around the item. • Use the supplied parts and hardware for the assembly. • Before assembling please check whether all the required parts have been supplied as per the exploded drawing on the opposite page.
  • Page 10 ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 2 STEP 2: SADDLE ASSEMBLY Remove the 3 Nuts (M8) (11) and the 3 Washers (Ø8 x 17 x 1.2) (7) from the Seat (8). Place the Seat (8) on the Seat Post (Ø38) (9) and secure using the 3 Nuts (M8) (11) and 3 Washers (Ø8 x 17 x 1.2) (7). Put the Sleeve Bellow (23) onto the Seat Post (Ø38) (9).
  • Page 11 ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 3 STEP 3: CONSOLE ASSEMBLY Remove the Screws (M8 x 12 mm) (24) and Arc Washers (Ø8 x Ø20 x T1.5) (5) from the Main Frame (1). Connect the 2 ends of the Tension Control Cables (13) and (14). Connect the 2 ends of the Console Wire (700 mm) (19) and Sensor Wire (650 mm) (21).
  • Page 12 ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 4 STEP 4: PEDAL INSTALLATION Fit the Pedal (22 L) marked “L” to the left side of the bike, and the Pedal (22 R) marked “R” to the right side of the bike, viewed from the riders seated position. Tighten both sides of pedals using the spanner provided.

    EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS Using your the Trojan Response Cycle 100 Exercise Bike provides you with several benefits, it will improve your physical fitness, tone muscle and in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet, help you lose weight. THE WARM UP PHASE This stage helps get the blood flowing around the body and the muscles working properly.

MUSCLE CHART The exercise routine that is performed on the Trojan Response Cycle 100 Exercise Bike will develop the lower body muscle group as well as condition the circulatory system and provide a good aerobic workout. These muscle groups are highlighted on the muscle chart below.

    CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years, or are severely overweight, you must start slowly and increase your time on the equipment, a few minutes per workout. Initially, you may be able to exercise only for a few minutes in your target zone, however, your aerobic fitness will improve over the next 6 to 8 weeks.
