Procedure
1. Install the seat-belt brackets to the seat platform
with 2 partial-thread bolts (3/8 x 2 inches), 2
washers, and 2 locknuts (3/8 inch) as shown in
Figure 7. Repeat on the other side.

2. Install the seat belt-buckle and tongue
assemblies to the seat-belt brackets using 2
carriage bolts (7/16 x 1 inch) and 2 locknuts
