TANK PRESSURE GAUGE
Tank pressure gauge (G) indicates reserve
air pressure in tank.
REGULATOR
The regulator knob controls the air pressure
coming from the air tank. To adjust regu-
lator (K): Turn knob clockwise to increase
regulated pressure and counterclockwise to
decrease regulated pressure.
UNIVERSAL QUICK CONNECT
The universal quick connect body (L) accepts the three most
popular styles of quick connect plugs: Industrial, automotive
and ARO. One hand push-to-connect operation makes
connections simple and easy.
DANGER: Risk of Bursting. Too much air pressure causes a hazardous
risk of bursting. Check the manufacturer's maximum pressure rating for
air tools and accessories. The outlet pressure must never exceed the
maximum pressure rating of the tools or accessories.
PUMP
The pump compresses air into the tank. Working air is not
available until the pump has raised the tank pressure above
that required at the air outlet.
MOTOR OVERLOAD PROTECTOR
The motor has a thermal overload protector. If the motor over-
heats for any reason, the overload protector will shut off the
motor. The motor must be allowed to cool before restarting.
To restart:

1. Set the Auto/Off switch to OFF (0) and unplug unit.
2. Allow the motor to cool.
3. Depress the red reset button (T) on the motor.

4. Plug power cord into the correct branch circuit receptacle.
5. Set the Auto/Off switch to AUTO (1).

Installation
Unpack the air compressor. Inspect the unit for damage. If the
unit has been damaged in transit, contact the carrier and com-
plete a damage claim. Do this immediately because there are
time limitations to damage claims.
