7. Remove the spiral
8. Remove the large gasket on the
back of the machine.
9. Clean the components with warm
water and a food grade disinfectant.

10. Reinstall items:
– replace the gasket.
Make sure the gasket is seated
properly and there are no gaps at
the back. It is best to install the
gasket starting from the bottom and
pressing it up with your thumbs on
each side;
– insert the spindle;
– insert the tanks: slide them on and
press them against the gasket.
