Repair, Faults and Spare Parts
7.1 Checks/Repairs

It is essential that all faulty parts are replaced. Pref‐
erably use genuine spare parts. A minimum of 6 balls
(2) must be contained in the rotary joint.

1. Seal.
2. Ball.
3. Hose connection.
4. Locking bolt.
5. Protective mounting bracket.
1.
Disconnect the pump from the mains power supply.
2.
Allow the hose and pump nozzle to run empty.
3.
Clean the pump, see
on page 16 .
4.
Remove the protective mounting bracket, unscrewing the
locking bolt to do so.
5.
Remove the balls from the rotary joint, possibly using a mag‐
netic pin.
6.
Clean all components.
7.
Replace all faulty or defective parts. .
8.
Replace all 6 balls in the rotary joint.
9.
Replace the protective mounting bracket and screw in the
locking bolt.
ð The pump nozzle is ready for use again.

Regularly check the pump in accordance with stat‐
utory/country-specific regulations and accident pre‐
vention regulations (in Germany such as in accord‐
ance with BGV A3).
