interlock defeated. Avoid
exposure to the beam.
Do not attempt to defeat the
safety interlocks on the sample
lid or try to gain access to the
interior of the instrument
through any other opening.
Exposure to laser light can cause
injury. Viewing the laser light
directly can cause blindness.
