Battery Cable- Information
Deep Cycle/Gel Cell/Leisure batteries are not recommended for engine starting. These batteries may be used for
accessory loads such as: ballast pumps, thrusters, stereos and amplifiers but should be isolated from the starting
circuit"
Lithium Ion batteries are not compatible with current engine charging technologies and MUST NOT be used.
Use of Lithium Ion batteries will compromise the Indmar Limited Warranty and may result in a dangerous elec-
trical system malfunction
Your Supra electrical system is a negative ground type. The negative battery cable is grounded to the engine
block. The positive battery cable is connected to the starter solenoid.
