Activation
Individual desktop users can activate the Shared Services functionality by
enabling this option in the Configuration Wizard. The first screen of the
Configuration Wizard includes the settings required to activate the Shared
Services option.

To activate the Shared Services, the user must check the Enable

Shared Services box and fill in the associated fields.
The Network Name/IP Address specifies the IP address of the PC that

is hosting the shared services.
The Port Number must agree with the Port Number field specified in

the Shared Services Configuration Utility. The default port number is
8888.
