The top of the Directory View provides a selector that controls which

entries are displayed in the Directory View (Directory, Contact List,
Personal).
The main section of the Directory View lists each of the defined entries.

Each entry includes the extension/phone number and the associated

name.
A scroll bar is displayed on the right side of the image to allow the user to

step through the list of entries.
If the phone is idle, double-clicking on an entry in the Directory list dials

the selected number.
A Maximize icon at the top of the Directory view allows the user to view

the full Directory as a separate window.
A Close icon at the top of the Directory image allows the user to exit the

Directory view.
