• Your supply order, including the following information:
– Item name
– Part number
– Quantity desired
– If your company requires a purchase order for payment of
an invoice, you need to provide the purchase order
number to Xerox at the time you place the order
There are a number of routine maintenance tasks that must be
performed to ensure maximum efficiency of your printer. These
tasks include the following:
• Replacing the Customer Replaceable Units (CRUs) as
necessary
• Cleaning the exterior surfaces of the system
