INSPECTION • Do not use or permit use of any equipment that is damaged, or has worn or broken parts. For all Trojan equipment use only replacement parts supplied by Trojan. • Always make sure that all nuts and bolts are tightened prior to each use.

ASSEMBLY STEPS 1. PREPARATION • Before assembling make sure that you will have enough space around the item. • Use the supplied parts and hardware for the assembly. • Before assembling please check whether all the required parts have been supplied as per the parts list STEP 1: STEP 1 Attach two 60mm Outer Caps (16) to the Base (1).

ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 5: STEP 5 Attach a Footrest Frame (4) to one of the Bases (1) with the two indicated M8 x 70mm Carriage Bolts (20) and two M8 Locknuts (22); do not tighten the Locknuts yet. ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 7: STEP 7 Attach the Dip Arm (5) to one of the Pull-up Frames (3) and one of the Uprights (2) with two M8 x 80mm Bolts (27), a Support Plate (13), and two M8 Locknuts (22); do not tighten the Locknuts yet.

ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 9: STEP 9 Orient the Pull-up Bar (9) so that the indented holes (D) are on the side shown. Attach the Pull-up Bar to the Pull-up Frames (3) with two M10 x 45mm Screws (19) and two M10 Curved Washers (26).

ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 11: STEP 11 Attach an Arm Pad (6) to one of the Dip Arms (5) with two M6 x 75mm Screws (18) and two M6 Curved Washers (21). Repeat this step with the other Arm Pad (6). STEP 12: Make sure that all parts have been properly tightened before the exercise rack is used.

WARM UP & COOL DOWN WORKOUT GUIDELINES CLEANING Each workout should include the following three parts: 1. A WARM-UP: 5 to 10 minutes of stretching and light exercise. A proper warm-up increases your body temperature, heart rate, and circulation in preparation for exercise. 2.
