What You Can Do with Internet Services
Template Operations
Once a system administrator has defined repositories and default templates, the
templates are available for use. General users can access and modify templates
using the Services > Stored Templates page. The following procedures explain
how to create, modify and delete templates. The default template cannot be
deleted.

To create a new template:
1. Access the Document Centre embedded HTTP server.
2. Under Services, click the Stored Template radio button.
3. Click New. The Adding New Template page displays. The Default Template's
settings are used to create the new template.
4. Rename the template.
5. Select a service for the template. Click Apply.

A File or Fax Service must be defined for a template.

6. The new template appears in the left frame. The new template is created with
the specified name. When you click on the template, its services display in the
left frame and General Template attributes display in the right frame. Click on
a template's service in the left frame to display that services's parameters in
the right frame.
7. Make any additional changes to the template, which pertain to the selected
service and click Apply New Changes.
