This section discusses the different tasks that users and system administrators can
perform using Internet Services.

UBMITTING A

Print-ready (PCL, PostScript, or ASCII) files can be submitted for printing or
faxing directly from Internet Services to the Document Centre.

Existing preformatted jobs do not take priority over options that are set

on the Job Submission page.

To submit files for processing to the Document Centre:
1. Access the Document Centre embedded HTTP server.
2. Click Services.
3. Click the Job Submission radio button to display the Job Attributes. Perform
the following if these options are not already set according to your job
requirements:
• Type in the number of copies needed.
• Select other options, such as finishing options, for your job from the drop-
down lists.
4. Type the path and file name or click Browse (if available) to locate the file to
process.
5. When finished with your selections, click the submission button to process
your job.

It is recommended that print files should not be larger than 6 MB.
