20 Pulse counter logic for metering (PC)
The test of the pulse counter function requires at least the PST Parameter Setting Tool or SPA
(or LON) connection to a station HMI including corresponding functionality. A known number
of pulses are with different frequency connected to the pulse counter input. The test should be
performed for the settings operation = Off/On and for blocked/deblocked function. The pulse
counter value is then read by the PST or station HMI.
