Multipitch motorized positioner

The device uses a motor to position the packaging film under the printer head to carry out printing.
Positions can be programmed to carry out the double pass, the triple pass and the quadruple pass.
The operator uses the printer's touchscreen to set the parameters for the printing position and the
passes to be carried. When the film stops for welding the packaging machine generates the printing
command; the printer prints the first track, the synchronized motor device moves the film to the
next position, the printer prints the second track and generates a pulse at the end of the cycle.
When the packaging machine receives the cycle end signal it can move the film to the next position.
In particularly humid conditions the print unit can be protected with the IP cover.

In the case of a triple pass the system carries out a further movement, the printer prints the third
row and then gives the cycle end signal.
