CLEANING THE PRINTING PLATE (XTOXL Intermittent)

Clean with a cleaning tissue or with a paper tissue
soaked in isopropyl alcohol.
Advisable when the printer is in fixed position.
How to operate
1. Switch off the printer and remove the rolls of
thermal ribbon.
2. Move manually the carriage to the end of its stroke
to have access to the printing plate surface.
3. Clean the print plate surface.

CLEANING THE PRINTING ROLLER (XTOXL Continuous)

It is recommended that the printing roller be cleaned
weekly, to ensure proper towing by the packaging
film.
If the packaging film easily releases residues and the
environment is dusty, cleaning more frequently is
recommended.
Clean the roller using a wipe or clean cloth dipped in
isopropyl alcohol.
How to operate
1. Turn off the printer and take out the thermal
ribbon.
2. Move the carriage in order to free access to the
roller.
3. Clean the roller surface.
