Solenoid Disassembly Procedure

Remove nut from the top of the valve
Slide the housing and coil form sleeve
assembly.
Unscrew the sleeve from the body using the
valve wrench
If foreign matter is causing valve malfunction, it
will be between the plunger and the seat body.
Examine and clean these parts carefully.
Re-assemble the valve in reverse order of
disassembly, making cerain that the gasket and
sleeve seal properly.
