9. EINSTELLUNG UND INBETRIEBNAHME / ADJUSTMENT AND COMMISSIONING

Allgemeine Hinweise
BITTE BEACHTEN: Einige Modelle unterscheiden sich leicht in ihrem Auss-
ehen. Die Regelfunktion ist im Prinzip jedoch bei allen dieselbe.
Anwendung
Die VXe SLS (ECL310/A247) ist eine komplett wärmegedämmte indirek-
te Nah- und Fernwärmekompaktstation mit Speicherladesystem auf der
Primärseite. Die Rohranschlüsse der für die Wandmontage vorbereite-
ten Kompaktstation befinden sich an der Unterseite. Die witterungs-
geführte Heizkreistemperatur und die Speicherladesystemtemperatur
werden über den Danfoss Regler ECL 310/A247 geregelt.
Der Heizkreis wird durch das primärseitige druckunabhängige Kombi-
regelventil AHQM zusammen mit dem Stellantrieb AMV geregelt, die
Temperatur mittels eines elektronischen Reglers (ECL 310/A247) Den
Stellantrieb AMV gibt es mit oder ohne Sicherheitsfunktion.
Inbetriebnahme
Nehmen Sie die Fernwärmestation gemäß den Anweisungen der Be-
triebsanleitung in Betrieb.
Befüllen der Anlage / Betriebsdruck
Die Anlage mit Wasser gemäß den Anweisungen auf Seite 11 befüllen.
Fällt der Betriebsdruck unter 1 bar, Wasser im Heizkreis nachfüllen. Der
Betriebsdruck darf 1,5 bar nicht übersteigen. (Die Sicherheitsventile
der Anlage öffnet bei 2,5 bar)
Fällt der Betriebsdruck drastisch innerhalb kurzer Zeit, soll die Hei-
zungsanlage nach evtl. Leckagen untersucht werden - und auch der
Vordruck des Ausdehnungsgefäßes soll nachgeprüft werden.

Application
The VXe SLS is a fully insulated substation for indirect heating with
one heating circuit and primary connection for an storage charging
cylinder featuring high performance and simple operation. Designed
for wall-mounting with pipes connection in bottom. The heating cir-
cuit and the storage charging cylinder temperature is controlled by
electronic temperature controller Danfoss ECL 310/A247.
The HE circuit is controlled by the district energy class pressure inde-
pendent control valve AHQM together with an AMV actuator with or
without safety function, - the temperature by means of an electronic
temperature controller (ECL 310/A247).
Commissioning
Commission the substation in accordance with the instruction manual.
Filling the system / operating pressure
Fill the unit with water according to the instructions on page 11.
If the pressure drops below 1 bar, water must be added to the system.
The operating pressure should never exceed 1.5 bar.
(The safety valve opens at 2,5 bar).
The pressure is read on the manometer.
If system pressure drops dramatically within a short time, heating
system should be examined for leakage, - this includes checking
the factory set pressure of the expansion vessel, which is normally
0,5 bar.
