mends you to perform 50-hour test run before
putting the machine into production use.
During the test run:
•
Preheat the machine before performing any
operations.
•
Avoid operating or running the machine at a
high speed in overload working conditions.
•
Avoid sudden starting, rapid movement or
abrupt stop of the machine.
•
Before stopping the equipment, run the en-
gine at idle speed for 3-5 min at the end of
every working day.

1.3.3 Machine Information

The serial numbers and model numbers on
the components are the only numbers that
SANY distributor will need when ordering re-
placement parts or requiring assistance for
the machine. Users can find the related infor-
mation on the data plate. It is recommended
to record this information in this manual for fu-
ture use.
The data plate is riveted on the left side door
of the paver.
