This manual is supplied with each new machine. It contains the necessary opera�ng and maintenance instruc�ons. Read and understand this manual completely before opera�ng or servicing the machine. The descrip�ons contained in this document are not binding. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS This scrubbing machine is designed for the professional cleaning of surfaces and floors in industrial, commercial and public environments. The machine is only suitable for use in an enclosed or at least covered loca�on. Please use only recommended pads, brushes and commercially floor cleaners intended for use with the machine. PRE-INSTALLATION OF THE MACHINE Un-boxing the machine 1. Carefully check the transport box for any signs of damage. Report any damage to the carrier immediately. 2. Check the contents list. Connec�ng the batery charger INFORMATION: Before charging, ensure that the charger is properly set for your batery type, otherwise damage may occur. Please check the batery label to ensure that the batery type is set correctly. In order to avoid permanent damage to the bateries, it is important to avoid deep discharge. Check the charging process.

Filling the fresh water tank The fresh water tank can be filled in two different ways: Remove the filler cap (1) and fill the tank using the rubber hose located on the le� side of the machine. Remove the filler cap (1) and fill with clean water at a temperature of max.

Installa�on of the suc�on nozzle The suc�on nozzle, which is delivered disassembled from the machine for packaging reasons, must be fited when the machine is assembled. Proceed as follows during assembly: 1. Li� the suc�on nozzle by turning the le� lever (1) clockwise. 2.

Moun�ng the brushes / pads FOR SAFETY: Stop the machine on a flat surface before moun�ng the brushes or the driving disc. 1. Check that the main switch is turned off. 2. Li� the brush head by turning the right lever (1) to move the brush head counterclockwise.
MACHINE OPERATION For safety reasons: Do not operate the machine un�l you have read and understood this instruc�on manual. WARNING: Fire and explosion hazard. Do not vacuum flammable materials. Before start-up 1. Check if the main switch is turned off. 2.
Emergency stop switch If problems occur during work, press the emergency stop switch under the control panel, the machine stops and the electric brake is released. To con�nue the work, the machine must be restarted. AFTER COMPLETION OF THE WORK A�er comple�on of the work and before carrying out maintenance work, the following work must be carried out: 1.

DAILY MAINTENANCE To keep the machine in good working condi�on, it is important that the following maintenance opera�ons are carried out regularly. Cleaning the dirty water tank 1. Loosen the hose (1), unscrew the lid, and empty the dirty water tank. 2.
4. Check the wear of the rubber blades. If the edge of the rubber blades is badly damaged, the rear rubber blade (6) can be rotated on all four edges. If the rubber blades are completely worn, replace them. To remove the rubber blades, turn the wing nuts (4) to a horizontal posi�on, remove the star grip (5), and then remove the rubber blades to rotate or replace them.
Cleaning the fresh water tank filter Careful cleaning of the fresh water filter ensures beter working performance. Proceed as follows for cleaning: 1. Check that the main switch is turned off. 2. Unscrew the filler cap (1). 3. Remove the filter screen and rinse everything thoroughly under running water.
Replacing the brush 1. Check that the main switch is turned off. 2. Li� the brush head by turning the right lever (1) counterclockwise. 3. Press the release buton (2), the brush will be automa�cally ejected. 4. Pick up the brush and replace it with the new one.
