Even if the power supply is interrupted,
the preset programmes remain in the
VCR memory. The VCR will select and
restore only the active programmes in
the memory automatically.

When setting the timer with PDC, enter
the start and finish times exactly as
indicated in the TV programme guide,
otherwise the PDC function will not
work.
You can set the timer with the PDC
function only when you set the channel
number to the TV channel or "A2" in
step 4.
7 Press +/- (or TAPE SPEED) to
select SP or LP, then press P.
LP provides twice as much recording time as
SP, although SP produces better picture and

After setting, press >.
To correct the data while setting
Press </P until the item you want to correct highlights, then press +/~ to set
the correct data. Then press OK.
If the programme overlaps another
TV screen turns red and the overlapped programmes and "PROGRAMME
OVERLAP' at the bottom of the screen flash.
In this case, press A/W to move the cursor ( & ) to the overlapped
programme, and press CLEAR to cancel.
