7. Put on fresh saw blade –
observe direction of rotation: if viewed from the
left-hand (opened) side, the indicating arrow on
the saw blade has to point in a clockwise direc-
tion!

Danger!
Use only suitable saw blades (see „technical
specifications") – when using unsuitable or
damaged blades parts could be explosive-
like hurled from it by the centrifugal force.
Do not use:
- saw blades made of high speed steel
(HSS);
- saw blades with visible damage;
- cut-off wheel blades.

Danger!
- Mount saw blade only using genuine parts.
- Do not use loose-fitting reducing rings; the
saw blade could work loose.
- Saw blades have to be mounted in such
way that they do not wobble or run out of
balance, and can not work loose during
operation.
8. Slide on outer blade collar –
observe direction of rotation: both holes must be
on the outside (facing away from the saw blade)!
9. Screw in arbor screw with spring lock washer
(L.H. thread!), and tighten fingertight with the
wrench supplied.

Danger!
- Do not extent arbor bolt tightening wrench.
- Do not tighten arbor bolt by hitting on the
wrench.
10. Replace left housing half.
11. Check to see that saw blades turns freely: turn
saw blade by hand. It must run freely in any saw-
head setting position, without touching any
other parts.

Turntable setting adjustments
In order for the turntable to be in the exact 45° posi-
tion at the left and right stop, both stops can be
adjusted:
1. Loosen both turntable locking screws.
2. Loosen fixing screws of both setting cams by
approx. one turn.
3. Set turntable to exact 45° position.
4. Adjust settings cam on each side so that the
stop is at exactly 45°.
5. Tighten the setting cam fixing screws – making
sure the setting cams do not turn.
Saw cleaning
· Remove chips and saw dust with brush or vac-
uum cleaner from:
- motor vent openings;
- hollow space under the turntable;
- setting devices;
- operating controls.
Also remove chips and saw dust from inside the
saw, if necessary.
Saw transportation
1. Swing sawhead down.
2. Push locking pin in.
3. Remove all accessories projecting over the saw
table.
If possible use original carton for shipping.
Saw storage

Danger!
Store saw so that
- it can not be started by unauthorized per-
sons and
- nobody can get hurt by the stored
machine.

Caution! Do not store machine unprotected
outdoors or in damp environment.
