PROGRAMMED RECORDING OF
ACD
Up to 30 tracks can be programmed and recorded on an MD.

To check the recordable time of the MD
Press the FUNCTION
UP or DOWN
button on the Stereo
Integrated Amplifier or the FUNCTION
button on the remote
control to select a source other than MD.
Then press the DISPLAY button.
The recordable time on the MD is displayed.
1 Load a recordable MD into the disc drive with the
label side up and in the direction of the arrow.

2 Press the FUNCTION UP or DOWN button on the
Stereo Integrated Amplifier or the FUNCTION
button on the remote control repeatedly so that
"CD" appears.
3 Load the CD to be recorded.
4 OPEN/CLOSE
4 Press the MODE
button on the remote control
repeatedly until "PRGM" flashes on the display.
5 Press the numbered button and the +10 button
to program a track to record.
Example:
To select the 12th track, press the +10 and 2 buttons.
To select the 20th track, press the +10, +10 and 0 buttons.

6 Repeat step 5 to program other tracks.
7 Press the @ CD & MD (DIGITAL) buiton to start
recording.
Recording begins.
When the programmed tracks finish playing, the recording
stops automatically.
Then "TOC EDIT" is displayed and the contents (TOC) of the
recording are recorded to the MD.
To stop recording halfway
Press the Il button on the Mini Disc Recorder or on the remote
control. Recording to the MD stops, and the contents (TOC) of
the recording are recorded on the MD.
To stop play of the CD, press the ll button on the Compact Disc
Player.
To record on a previously recorded MD
If there is an unrecorded section left on the MD, the new recording
automatically starts from where the previous recording finished.
If you want to start recording from the beginning of a previously
recorded MD, erase the previous recording completely.

To change the display during recording
Press the DISPLAY button. With each press of the button, the
display changes in the following order.
Level indicator for CD
Track number and elapsed time of CD
