1.
Start the ODBC Data Source Administrator.

Select the [System DSN] tab and click the [Add] button.
3.
Select "PostgreSQL Unicode", and click the [Finish]
button.
4.
Set the following items.
• Data source name: SAMPLE
• Server name: SAMPLESRV
• Database name: SAMPLEDB
5.
Enter the user name and password, and click the [Test]
button.
6.
When the connection is established normally, the
"Testing Connection" screen will appear.
7.
Click the [Save] button on the "PostgreSQL Unicode
ODBC Driver (psqlODBC) Setup" screen.
8.
Click the [OK] button on the "ODBC Data Source
Administrator" screen.
