Replacing the main bearings
8.6.1
Dismounting the main bearings
Dismount the "V"-belt cover.
Dismount the "V"-belts (see Work on the "V"-belts).
Loosen the tensioning element for the "V"-belt pulley (see, Mount-

The main bearings of the machine are dimensioned so that a
bearing replacement is only necessary in exceptional cases.
Dismounting and mounting of the bearings requires specialist
knowledge and a careful working method. Therefore, in addition to
the following advice, please observe the instructions given in the
installation manual of the bearing manufacturer.
The bearings mounted in this machine are indicated in the spare
parts list. A requirement for dismounting and mounting the
bearings is a suitable pulling-off device.
