OPERATION

7.1

Machine checks before switching on the machine

Check
1. The knives are properly set and the screws
are tightened with the specified torque.
2. The screen is inserted into the screen support
in accordance with the rules and the screen
support is held fixedly at the end position due
to the tightened mounting screws.
3. The grinding chamber is free of foreign
matter.
4. The housing flap on the screen support is
closed.
5. The granulator upper section is closed and
screwed to the granulator lower section.
6. All safety devices including those of the
installed grinding material in feed and
discharge devices are checked and operative.
7. The material blower is installed properly and
the air regulating flap on the suction trough is
set so that the grinding material can be
completely sucked away.
