Step 10:
Installing spears
If you are using the top spear mount you will need
to remove the manifold and hose covers using a
T45 torx bit. If you are using the optional lower
spear mount then you will not need to remove the
covers.
Insert the spears into the desired bushings and se-
cure them with the included nut. Be sure to install
the nut so the cone shaped end is towards the
bushing. Re-install the covers if necessary.
Step 11:
Installing electrical.
Find a convenient location inside the cab to mount
the switch box and secure it using the provided
Ram mounts. You will need to provide 12 volts – 5
amps to the orange wire and ground to the black
wire. Hillco recommends connecting the switch
box to a keyed power source to avoid accidentally
draining your tractors battery if the switches are
left on.
