h. Check that the saw blade's plate (not teeth)
is touching the square's 90° side. If the saw
blade's plate is not in full contact with the
ADJUSTING 0° BEVEL STOP
(FIG. 14a - 14d)
a. Using the included Allen key, remove the
two bevel scale screws and the bevel scale
(Fig.14a).
b. Loosen the two lock screws behind the bevel
scale (Fig.14b).
c. Unlock the bevel-lock lever by lifting it up.
d. Adjust 0° bevel-adjustment screws on both

CHECKING 45° BEVEL STOP SETTING
a. Remove the battery pack.
b. Hold the saw head assembly down and push
in the head assembly lock pin to keep the
saw in the DOWN position.
c. Loosen the slide-rail lock knob, slide the head
assembly completely to the back and tighten
the slide-rail lock knob securely.

tighten the 0° bevel-adjustment screws and
lock screws, reinstall the bevel scale and
make sure to use the included Allen key to
loosen the indicator screws to adjust the
bevel-scale pointers and reset them to zero
(Fig.14d).

d. Rotate the table to the 0° miter position.
e. Unlock the bevel-lock lever by lifting it up.
f. Tilt the saw assembly to the left
(counterclockwise) until it hits the 45° stop –
this is where the saw's 45° stop is set to make
a 45° left bevel cut.
