ALLEN KEY STORAGE
There is a storage location on the saw to store
the Allen key.
When not in use, store the Allen key as shown
in the Fig. 3 to prevent it from being lost.
TO REMOVE OR INSTALL THE BLADE

To remove the blade:
a. Remove the battery pack.
b. Position the head assembly in the UP
position and at 0° bevel. If in the DOWN
position, press down slightly on the saw head
assembly and pull out the head assembly
lock pin (Fig. 4a).
c. Tighten the slide-rail lock knob so that the
head assembly is secured in place (Fig. 4a).
d. Push the SpindleStop™ spindle lock down
(Fig. 4b). Rotate the blade slowly until it fully
seats into its locked position.
